If you’re visiting Rotorua or Taupo, be sure to check out this awesome sushi place. The food is top-notch—the rice is cooked just right, with a perfect texture that’s neither too firm nor too soft. Each item is full of flavor, well-sized and nicely balanced without being oily. The packaging is clean and well-organized too. I was really impressed with my meal, a delicious salad sushi today and it was incredibly tasty.

The sushi is fresh and absolutely delicious. I’m a regular customer, and while everything is great, my favorites are the Seafood Inari and Teriyaki Chicken & Cream Cheese. Besides sushi, the hot meals are also amazing. I also appreciate the friendly and welcoming chefs and staff. The restaurant is clean and easy to find, as it’s located at the entrance of the food court. I’d love to come back again!

sushi time is one of my top choice for meal in the mall ! food always fresh and yummy , staffs are kind and friendly ! I ordered a salmon donburi and a miso combo today . It’s delicious ! Highly recommend for everyone :)
